Hilary Duff has finally become the member of Twitter. The 23-year-old beauty, who just wed ice hockey star Mike Comrie on August 14, officially joined the micro-blogging site on Sunday, October 10.

And on Monday, October 11, she again shared her excitement, "Oh my... 5 am happened tooo fast. Need coffee in a bad way!is it sick that I wanted to tweet right away this morning?"
